Was wondering the same thing. Knowing how long time had passed between the jump cut would help. It took some time to get him fully on the ground and for the man with tits to attempt what I presume was CPR. Severing the aorta would work, but with as low as they hit, I would maybe guess they ruptured an aortic aneurysm. If he has repeatedly done this trick, it could have weakened the arterial wall enough to cause the aneurysm, then this wack busted it open. Or it could have sheared the aorta at the heart. There is probably not much medical research done on having concrete broken by sledge hammer over your gut repeatedly. But I bet we will see a warning sticker on sledgehammers now.
