Student Killed by Ambulance While Crossing the Road
Surat, Gujarat state, India A 21-year-old university student, A.G., was killed when an ambulance ran him over while he was crossing the road. A. was thrown five feet and died in hospital from skull and neck injuries. A.'s family have requested action against the ambulance driver and a police investigation has been opened. |

A.'s fam should be seeking action against the City for putting emergency lanes down what looks like a pedestrian zone, edged in shrubbery. Peds aren't looking for low flying aircraft after crossing a congested city street.

The ambulance was full on Code 3 Lights and Sirens... Its still the ambulance driver's fault for not practicing due regard for the safety of others on the road, hence... Going too fast on a narrow roadway  |
