I cant believe no one stopped or called the cops especially the guy who hit him. He had to have known he hit a man even the 2nd guy did he not see something in the road? This is unbelievable. I hope he was dead from the 1st hit and not laying the road suffering and clinging to life when he's hit again.

How do you know no one stopped and no one called the cops? Did you expect that they stop on a highway at night? That would have been just a mass accident waiting to happen, also at the end of the video I think I see a person on bottom left of the screen.

Yes, that be frogger, it may have not been suicide, but instead he was unaware of the distance of the vehicle due to halation of the headlights, either way, it is apparent the vehicle had over-corrected into him.
