Venezuela: A 42 year old chef at a restaurant died in Hospital as a result of respiratory failure caused by the beatings and burns of second and third degree.

According to the aunt of the victim he was on his way to work when he saw a wounded man laying on the ground who was robbed.

Then when more people gathered they mistook him for being the robber and start beating him and one set his head and torso on fire. He was helped by the owner of a kiosk and another man who threw water over him.
