It is extraordinarily difficult and tiring to strangle a full-grown adult this way; this one actually went more smoothly and much more quickly than they usually do. This is one of those aspects of movies directors get wrong because they don't know any better, just like how they always have guys running around snapping necks, which is basically impossible to do to someone if they resist.
