He was in the beg. stages of rigor-mortis(SP?), along with that much foam, from the water/lung reaction, he was long gone. The man checked for a pulse, CPR is barely capable of putting a heart that is in arrhythmia, back in rhythm. It's nearly impossible to restart it with CPR. |
