Re: Store Clerk Accidentally Shoots Himself in Alabama
"...identified as P.P. – lying in a pool of blood..." That's not exactly accurate. Actually, he was identified as "Blood" and he was lying in a pool of P.P. I'm pretty sure. |

Wow, got himself right in the forehead and dropped like a bag of hammers. Reminds me of Chigurh's bolt gun in No Country for Old Men |

Re: Store Clerk Accidentally Shoots Himself in Alabama
For some, the first inclination is to either put it up to their head or look down the barrel… and then pull the trigger. There’s so many videos here of people doing this very same thing. We all know what guns do. Anybody who has ever seen a movie knows that end of the gun is destructive. It’s not rocket science. Yet, the idea of being that close to death is almost enticing to some. So enticing that they go a step further and pull the trigger too. Wild. I wonder what the psychology behind that is. Maybe they want to know what it feels like? What it looks like to be at the barrel end of a gun? Maybe they didn’t think it would actually kill them? The world may never know. Cuz they all ded.

Re: Store Clerk Accidentally Shoots Himself in Alabama
I'll never understand that. I have a few guns. And even when I KNOW they are clear - there's NOT A CHANCE they are loaded- I STILL get a horrible feeling if I even look a little down the barrel. I'd be the dirtiest place on my guns is just inside the muzzle - I've never looked there.
