Although these people are Muslims, Islam in and of itself does not prescribe for this kind of punishment. You can tie these savage mongrel dogs to Islam, sure, but tying Islam to such a devastation of human life and humanity would be inaccurate. I'm a non-believer, but I hope Lady Karma will serve up a good dose of her medication to these sandaled, turbaned sand monkeys, one of these days. There is never any justification to harm human life in this manner.
