Stiff Body Pulled from the Bay
Stunned, this is how the inhabitants of the Historic Center of Cartagena are, after last Tuesday morning they found the body of a dead man floating in the bay. Authorities have not identified the victim who was found near the dock in front of the Mayor's Office of the Bolivarian capital. The first information indicates that the man is between 50 and 60 years old, he wore black shorts and on his left hand he had a red bracelet. As soon as the tourists and citizens saw the body, they called the authorities, who quickly went to the scene of the events to then transfer the remains to Forensic Medicine and identify the cause of death and the individual's name. Meanwhile, members of the Cartagena Metropolitan Police cordoned off the scene and then the criminalistics staff carried out the operation to determine the details of the case that impacted several Cartagena citizens. After the body appeared on the shore, several tourists approached the scene of the events to take photographs and record videos of the deceased. Meanwhile, the Police continue to investigate the details of the unfortunate event. |

~ This guy was surely so drunk, he shows signs of trying to locate the edge of the water but couldn't climb out of the water. Then it also looks like he was hoping someone would find him before he drowned. His stiff position shows that.

Also, judging by the position of his left leg, I believe he may own a Dodge Neon standard transmission. Somewhere between a 90-92 model.
