I've seen it. It's pretty much a cut-and-paste of the last two videos in terms of content (with obvious alterations):
-David Cameron speech excerpt with weird scanlines and darkened image, probably to make it seem more menacing or something
-Title Screen [A Message to the Allies of America]
-Haynes gives short speech - 'I hold you, David Cameron, entirely responsible for my execution' etc.
-Beheader (looks like same guy from Foley and Sotloff beheadings) gives short speech
-Knife goes to throat, is quickly faded to black
-Beheaded body shown
-Next hostage shown [This time it's apparently a Brit named Alan Henning]

I have the video and a still-functioning link and will be operating under the assumption that the rules for the Haynes beheading will be the same the Sotloff beheading. PM me if you want the link.
