I will say that the video is very much like the James Foley video, after 2 long speeches of the 2 gentlemen bashing the American government, the executor starts cutting then it cuts out and you see the body with the detached head on his back. It's not brutal at all  |

I watched the video a few times and have to agree- the plants in the background don't seem to be moving, even with all that wind. Anyone see any movement??
