This site offers me much but I damn well knew after the dust up over the Foley video, this one wasn't going to get posted. Seems to me, there may be a few here who don't mind seeing the owner of this site compromised for your own gratuitous edification.

I believe the site was shut down for about 4 days when the first beheading video was posted, courtesy of government-censorship. They were forced to remove the first video after that, so there's no way in hell the second one will be posted.
So it's the government?
