Secondly, regardless of the intension of their propaganda, do you really think it helps their cause if the world sees them carry out beheadings? It doesn't make Isis look good AT ALL. It strikes fear in everyone, sure, but it also demonstrates the nature of Isis and ensures that all non-muslims and many muslims will consider them the enemy.
