Does it look to anyone else like he was tortured? I think they shot him in both arms before they executed him. The blood on his shirt is secondary, so maybe he grabbed his arms to his chest. Those gals were probably cartel dolls and are not in any danger right now.

It was his arm, on the second day of viewing they had to tuck his arm under the sheet but due to rigor mortis it was at an angle and couldn´t be lied fully stretched. |
