If you look closely by the time stamp there is some blocking from the bed to the tire. Looks like they were working on the cylinder and thought that a square cut block between a round surface and an angled surface would be sufficient to keep them safe.... Bet they don't make that mistake again. |

It actually was the cylinder they were removing. Look on the tire down by the video timestamp and you will see the "safety" stick they stuck in to hold the bed up. It goes flying as soon as the cylinder comes loose.
