I have seen a lot on here over the years but this one made my jaw drop. He has really good aim. At least they weren’t pouring concrete at the time.

That’s not a solid flat piece that made contact with his head. It’s the bottom of a cement pour that made contact with his throat and his head went forward in to the pour. Sorry guys, no smashed face here. Just a smashed throat.
