They need to put little protectors on the wheels to increase the chance of people being pushed out from the trucks instead of run over. Like a snow plough has but small ones on the wheels  |

Ya' know, what you suggest isn't so far fetched! I mean don't these guys learn basic road rules in Asia? If they're gonna keep walking under trucks then maybe some sort of sweeper is the go. But then, cost of extra equipment vs a life, mmmm, to expensive.
