Squad Gets Wiped Out, Journalist Shot and Captured
Skip to 14:00 minutes into the video for the combat sequence, although the entire video is worth watching. FARC guerrillas are able to pick apart a Colombian platoon in deadly ambush. All caught on journalists camera. This video is intense. It’s compelling because the title and description tell you what’s going to happen, but you’re not really sure to whom. The journalist also does a good job of story telling. It’s like you almost get to know SGT. Cortez before you witness his last breath. In a split second it can go from the most awesomely exhilarating time you’ve ever had, to the worst day of your life. Then, your only option is to ask yourself, “What did you think was going to happen?” Rest in piece to the fallen soldiers. May they never be forgotten.  |

I added the link to your original post for you. In the future, it may be a better idea to download the vid from YT and upload it here manually. That way people can still view it after it disappears from YT as is so often the case.  |
