Most of these people have their lower extremities obliterated by crushing forces. Usually still under a car or something that allowed enough time to pass for blood to start clotting. Then after you move the truck they're still alive. Doesn't look like a lot of blood loss so he seems stable enough. If this were in the US he might possibly be saved although would end up shitting in a bag and missing everything below his rib cage. |
