Happened in Romania.

Video is quite dark as it's night time
But ya can see the guy gets quite messed up

If you download the video and watch it on VLC player adjusting the gamma you can see it a bit more clearly

The sheer fact that it is at night(all quiet), plus no traffic(noise as well),...chilling?

That ain't Romania, it's Moldova, judging by the registration plates and the awful accent of the cameraman. He says pretty strange stuff.
"Fuck him, she is good." Then asks something I couldn't understand (that's how fucked up their accent is). Then he says again "Fuck him!", then asks "Is there anyone else, or there's no one? Tz, tz, she's good. (!??!?!). Tz, tz, he's messed up, this one" (sighs).

Really weird how no one else is around and the guy filming looks like he's talking to himself. Creepy.
