Speedy Guy on Scooter Dies After Colliding with a Car Turning Left
A fatal traffic accident occurred in Kursk, according to the regional office of the russian ministry of internal affairs. The accident occurred this morning on Let Oktyabrya Street. According to preliminary reports, a Leopard scooter collided with an oncoming Hyundai. The scooter was driven by a 39-year-old man. The driver of the car, a 19 year old man, was executing a left turn and failed to yield the right-of-way to the scooterist, who was traveling from the opposite direction. Police are conducting an investigation into the incident. Investigators will determine all the circumstances of the accident and provide a legal assessment of the actions of the road users. |
