Speedy Crashing Car Slams into Tile Showroom Customer Outside

India. A man was killed and 3 others were injured after a speeding car went out of control, hit multiple vehicles and crashed into a tile showroom on Wednesday evening.

According to police, the car first rammed into a pick-up truck, a motorcycle, another car and a shop customer before crashing into the roadside showroom, damaging several vehicles parked inside and outside the premises.

The deceased, identified as Kapil, 37, had reportedly come to the showroom to buy tiles when the out-of-control car entered the premises and struck him.

He and the other injured were taken to Mewati Medical College in Nalhad, where doctors declared him dead during treatment.

Police said the driver of the car sustained minor injuries and was taken to hospital for first aid. The accident-hit vehicle has been seized and an investigation is underway.

Preliminary findings suggest the accident was caused by the car going out of control due to excessive speed. Police are examining CCTV footage and other evidence to ascertain the exact sequence of events.

The post-mortem examination of the deceased is being conducted, after which the body will be handed over to the family. The remaining injured are undergoing treatment.
