The Biker saw the idiot turning left and was already on his brakes when he hit the car (you can see the bike rear wheel was already off the pavement on impact). Front end of bike is angled downwards as he’s harder into the front brake, so when bike hits car, the biker doesn’t launch over top of car, he hits car too and stops..all the dumbass car driver’s fault.
