…and the woman riding the bike died.
Why does this come as no surprise?

Every. Single. Time.

Damn. That second video is nuts.

Sad for the rider but maybe don’t stop in the middle of the road like that. Pull all the way over instead.

Taiwan is not officially a part of the People's Republic of China (PRC), though the PRC claims Taiwan as a province. Taiwan operates as a separate political entity, officially called the Republic of China (ROC), with its own government, military, and elections. The situation is a complex and sensitive issue in international relations.

The PRC insists that Taiwan is a part of its territory and has not ruled out the use of force to achieve reunification. However, Taiwan's government, while recognizing its historical roots in the ROC, views itself as a sovereign state, and it has never been under the control of the PRC since the Chinese Civil War, which ended in 1949 when the ROC government retreated to Taiwan.

Most countries, including the United States, do not officially recognize Taiwan as a separate state due to diplomatic relations with the PRC. However, many nations maintain informal ties with Taiwan, and the island has strong international relations in areas like trade, culture, and technology.

The situation is a complex and sensitive issue in international relations.

Most countries, including the United States, do not officially recognize Taiwan as a separate state due to diplomatic relations with the PRC. However, many nations maintain informal ties with Taiwan, and the island has strong international relations in areas like trade, culture, and technology.
In addition, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, Taiwan is the ONLY CHINA that has a legally elected government. The government of the PRC is just a sham government, elected by criminals and NOT the popular vote.

So my assumption NATURALLLY IS, that when China and Taiwan join, the CCP will turn the entire country of Mainland China over to Taiwan, it's RIGHTFUL owners, as the only legally elected government between the two nations.

If anyone thinks they can provide a logical argument why this would NOT be so, please present it. I am willing to listen.
