Re: ~Spectator Killed During Rally Race~
That's a simple minded thing to say. People going to watch sports, probably less simple minded that people on Facebook, or people watching death videos, or going to watch someone sing or scream into a microphone. Sports is to display the fastest, strongest, the most athletic humans in the world compete. Sometimes it's boring and unnecessary. But many times it quite a display of human ability. Every culture in history as far back as ancient Greece and I'm certain before had competitive sports. What you meant was it doesn't appeal to you. But as many simple minded people, you think your thoughts are to he prevailing wisdom. But you fail to realize there's likely thousands of people with much higher iq's than you playing sports. Sports is a very important aspect to being a real man. You learn everything you need to know about being a man. |

Re: ~Spectator Killed During Rally Race~
Sorry to disappoint you but as a kid when I was about eight and my younger brother 6 we used to play with our 7 year old friend throwing .45 cal and 38 spcl. rounds into a bonfire we had started for that only purpose and ran away, the damn things exploded as we ran, we did that stunt several times until we got caught. As kids the three of us did a lot of dangerous, life threatening stunts, yet we got lucky and the thre of us are still around. |

Re: ~Spectator Killed During Rally Race~
Me and my friends also did a lot of dangerous and stupid stuff. But we all survived. How that happened, I have no idea. I can't even snort "You kids, today!", because the kids today only get to do lame and harmless stuff, like mixing two chemicals to make a gooey gel. OOOOH! AHHHHHH! In my day we made gunpowder from old chemical books, and blew stuff up. Those days are long gone. |

Re: ~Spectator Killed During Rally Race~
IKR Even further back in time, back in the 1950s the Chemist sets for kids were really dangerous, the same can be said of toy guns and stuff parents bought their kids completely oblivious to their inherent dangers, those toys would never get to their launch date nowadays. |
