Now that I go through the whole comment thread I can see I was hursh on this Irish guy, all of you think it was a bomb in his jacket but it actually was a folding umbrella, when you take it out of its cover and press its button it opens and become an umbrella. Maybe it's because these kinds of umbrellas are more common in Iran than other places so that you can't recognise it.

But where is your common sense anyway? You see all those people were trying to help him and then you think he was a suicide bomber? Don't you think someone in that crowd would notice it if it was a bomb came out of his jacket? And since when does Iran have suicide bombers

I think a few wanted to do CPR but they couldn't get past the blood coming from his mouth. He was probably a goner but they could have just done compressions.
