I actually give First Amendment Auditors a wee bit more credit. Auditors actively test the limits of the law, they explore the outskirts of freedom, and sort of "remind" law enforcement of the boundaries of their authority. They might be annoying, but they at least have a PRODUCTIVE purpose to what they are doing. Sovcits are just scumbags that use "pseudolaw" to act as if they are above the common man in order to get away with their rubbish. There should be a law that anyone who uses these tactics should be slapped in the face with a barracuda after their conviction, just for wasting the court's time, before being hauled off to their cell. |

maybe we should swap some algebra math course in 4th grade of high school for like... a 20 hours class about how basic laws apply in the society you and how to deal with law enforcement. Live in, this sovereign citizen thing is so b.s, you cannot choose to have laws not apply to you.. or else everybody would be sovereign citizens.

Even if the police are wrong/immoral in your stop, arrest or what have you, don't fight them in the street where they will have far more leeway/legal justification and authority to kill you. Not worth it. I'd rather live and lose in court than die on the scene. Cynically speaking, death precludes further chance of resistance and you become another fatality of the State. |
