Soon-To-Be-Wed Couple Shot Dead by Tycoon Over House Dispute
A man who escaped a shooting, said a tycoon (Oknha) with a shotgun walked into a house in Borey Peng Houth, where four of them were working and opened fire on an engaged couple who were set to get married soon. The incident happened at about 3pm in the house in Boeung Snor, Sangkat Niroth in Chbar Ampov district today. The man, Long Lysong, said to be the house owner, died on the spot while his partner, Kanhchana Khin, died after being taken to hospital. Both were in their 20's. Two others, who were injured in the incident, were near the deceased couple when it happened. The shooter, named Srey Sina, arrived with an accomplice on a motorcycle and fled the scene immediately. After being arrested, the shooter confessed to police that he had shot the victims. According to the police, Sina said the house owner “insulted him” and “chased him away”. Sina said the house he owned had a boundary issue with Lysong’s house, so he had gone to discuss the issue with the deceased, but was instead chased out of the home. Police arrested Sina and another suspect at about 6pm today in Ang Snoul district, Kandal province, and Russey Keo district in the capital. Earlier, one of the workers, covered in blood, said he did not know why the two were shot at but mentioned that a few days ago, the shooter allegedly engaged in a verbal disagreement with the deceased house owner. Both suspects were being questioned by authorities at the time of writing. |

WTF?!?! Some people are just fucked up. He killed that couple for no reason other than he wasn't happy with the way he thought he should've been treated. What a piece of shit. Hopefully he gets raped repeatedly in prison.    |
