I'll chime in as the resident ex-paratrooper here: It could be that the spin caused her to black-out, it dosent look like a bad spin, but for that long it could black you out. Came to her senses about 100 feet up and did what he was supposed to do- cut away her main and deploy her reserve. Unfortuneately she was too low and the reserve did not deploy in time. (it takes 2-3 seconds). And yes, to those who have said it: if she was able to cut away earlier she would have been ok. Weird shit can happen when you jump. Sometimes that weird shit can kill you. |
