Stripped. Could be clothes came off while he was in the water. Or he had already been partially clothed or naked before his death.
Raped. How can you tell? You'd have to examine the genitals...can't see shit from this view.
Strangled. Again, how can you tell? Besides the body being headless, you can't even see the neck area to even assume.
