The thing is... this is a video from Turkey. I'm sure at least ONE of the witnesses would have called the police/ambulance within 30 seconds of the firs stab. The problem is it probably wouldn't have got there for at least 10 minutes so he would have bled to death anyway. Unfortunately, I have had call an ambulance twice before in this country (England) and both times it has arrived within 2 minutes which might have given this guy a chance of not bleeding to death. Anything after 5 minutes after calling (in these situations anyway) and they might as well not bother.
