First of all, the love a son has for his father...BUT use your fucking head and treat the poor man!! As others said, tourniquet, elevation, hand on ice....he's still alive (at this point), so try helping him than making the father stressed out and pulse rate go up, which obviously will cause him to lose more blood!!
