Re: Son Can't Help Her Mother
I don't find it wrong to kill yourself, sometimes, taking your own life is the only way to finally be free from whatever has tormented you. But when you do it, it should not be like this. The guilt you have now forced your kid into...you're real fucking evil for that. |

Re: Son Can't Help Her Mother
I've never understood why people risk their lives trying to help someone while they are in the process of off'ing themselves. I would ask why she did it, but if she was living in Russia, that alone is reason enough.

Re: Son Can't Help Her Mother
I don't think we should assume she was in her right mind though. What if she was psychotic, delusional, paranoid, etc? I understand why people think that suicide is selfish, but think about it this way- if the person believes they are evil and cause nothing but pain to others around them, they think their existence is nothing but painful to the people they love, then in their minds the selfish thing to do would be to stick around and continue to cause pain. Obviously they are not usually in a place (mentally) where they can recognize the level of trauma their suicide would cause for their loved ones., They aren't able to accurately evaluate how much people love them and how much it would hurt to see them die. I think they believe they are sparing their family future pain by ending it all. Obviously that's crazy, but people who kill themselves are usually not totally rational when they do it so some level of crazy is normal.

Re: Son Can't Help Her Mother
You say "I don't think we should assume she was in her right mind though"? Gee, ya think? Lol. I have a friend who is into the whole mental and brain issues thing. No matter who it is or what they have done, he explains it with brain trauma, chemical imbalance, childhood this or that, etc. As I have told him several times, I can simplify the WHOLE process and save a lot of time explaining it. It's called fucking "nuts". Plain and simple. As far as this women, yeah she might have had this problem or that, etc. But in the end, so what? She was fucking nuts and killed herself. Good riddance. I would MUCH rather she go out like that than kill someone else. It is also this type of crazy bitch that you hear about in the news who drowns her kids, etc. |
