Nope, she's gone. What you see in the video is just the Lazarus reflex. It happens when there is severe damage to the brain stem, leaving the person brain dead. Judging by the position of her body, she was probably trying to back away from her son, tripped on something, and fell backwards causing the back of her head to smack right into the concrete. It's a shame too, because that's probably what killed her, I think she could've survived had she only been stabbed.
