This is common around the Ganges are of India. These guys sneak around in the night and fish dead bodies out of the river or steal abandoned bodies and eat them in a religious ceremony. Except that, unlike the exaggeration performed for the cameras (no doubt paid to do his gory best), these men actually cook the flesh and perform ceremonies before actually eating it.
