I call bullshit, he has shrapnel wounds all over his face from a blast near by. Entrance hole bullet would be nothing like that wound. Hole is WAY too large for bullet.

Must mean it's true. Too bad there are cases of it happening. It requires both snipers to, more or less, be sighting in on each other's scopes at the same time. This one came down to who could shoot faster.
