There's a lot of front end and commotion afterward, but you're looking at the front row of the large group facing away from who's filming. There are four people to his left--in white, and a lady to his right--also in white. The Mayor is in either a black or blue suit--I'm colourblind.
He tries to book it, but only makes it a few steps. I like the little way he grabs his belly, up on his toes like a high noon gunfighter.

Just this morning. Details are just emerging. From what I've heard from the news a while ago, he was hit by a sniper from a nearby building with a clear view of the flag ceremony. If i remember correctly, his sellphone was hit first before the bullet went through.

Philippines suck. Worst lady I ever worked with was a vicious, ugly Philippina butch ****. Everyone at the company hated her immensely, she was a control freak in charge of shipping and inventory.
