First guy was there to confirm for the shooter it was the right guy. Notice at the 18 second mark he turns in the direction the shooter and touches his nose or his face which I'm guessing was confirmation. Then he walks away. Makes sense, if the shooter was standing a distance away he might have trouble verifying the target and he could potentially be running up on the wrong guy. Binoculars could have done the trick but that would have brought unwanted attention. Considering the victim's life as a career criminal, he apparently pissed on the wrong guy's shoes. |

I think it was the day before, but regardless... theres video that came out that he was sent to jesus because he knocked a chickenhead out. I watched last night. Knocked her ass out into the middle of next week. They shot him for that. And that was his friend, and the nose touch was verifying the target for the shooter. You couldnt even write this level of fuckery NY, especially NYC is a shithole and the majority that live there are small heaps of garbage anyway. I hope they're the first city/state to get nuked |
