"dajjal" refers to a being which will fool the people (i.e. devil in disguise). In islamic belief the dajjal will appear in the ends of time, when christ returns as well.

Now back to the video, one of the guys said "so you talk badly about the wife of the prophet (aisha)," so either the guy who was getting beheaded was either from the mahdi army or just a shi'ite who got unlucky.
