Sleepy Motorist Fatally Hit a Store Customer
A fatal accident took place Monday morning (17) in Brazil. A motorist hit a small wall and a customer in front of a store. The victim, a 68-year-old man, could not resist his injuries and died on the spot. According to information from the Military Police, the car hit a small wall and hit the elderly man, identified as J. A.de A, in front of the store.  According to information from witnesses, the elderly man, who lived in the region, had bought food and was already returning home when he decided to return to the establishment to ask for the value of a wheelbarrow. At that moment, the vehicle hit him.  The victim had his skull crushed and a neck fracture. The driver remained at the accident site and, according to the M.P, was sent to the police station to give evidence and was released afterwards. According to police officers, the boy had not consumed alcohol, but would have dozed off behind the wheel.   |
