I totally understand taking a nooner to catch up on sleep, but theres a time and a place. Honestly, this incident could have possibly been avoided if the guard was awake and standing a proper watch.. Just sayin'

Actually in these countries the security personnel actually are ALLOWED to sleep on the job, the theory being that they will awaken if burglars break in, unfortunately this time around it failed him and he unfortunately and inadvertently he could not react to a one-in-a-million event x

Thanks for the information.. I can totally see the point that would be manifested from the physical presence of a guard detouring any possible larcenies from occurring.. The perpetrators obviously had a plan to carry this out and knew that he would be asleep.. Shitty circumstances regardless..
