Six people drowned at Pugad Beach Lianga, Philippines at around 2PM last Jan. 3 2018. Two are still missing.

Its nice to see bystanders jump in there and take charge with the CPR.. It was good that they brought out that spineboard, because doing CPR in the sand is difficult without a rigid platform beneath the patient |

Not a single swinging dick amongst them can swim, despite living in country composed of 7200 islands..... And I am VERY surprised they let that guy do CPR. I have seen a road accident and tried to check the unconscious victim for pulse etc, I was physically dragged away and told to “wait for da ambulance”. When it came, a Jeepney actually, the guy was physically picked up and thrown roughly into the back, on the floor. |
