Re: Sister & Brother On A Bike Killed Running Red Light
~ So it's both a green & red light for thru traffic? No wonder! ~ I saw the red right turn arrow light, but a red light in the middle next to the green light.??? ~ Thanks KansasKid, for the cutting across three lanes by the biker, just to get killed observation. |

Just a time traveler that popped into the wrong place at the right time (for us). Seems to have materialized at 0:17 perpendicular to moving traffic...very surprised he froggered his way past those lanes.

Re: Sister & Brother On A Bike Killed Running Red Light
That's a GREEN for turns, and a RED for ongoing traffic. It's the scooter guy's fault, because he should have been waiting for the next green light for through traffic.

Re: Sister & Brother On A Bike Killed Running Red Light
I must respectfully disagree with one thing. The GREEN is for ongoing traffic and the RED is for turns. Here's why: It looks like they drive on the left (like in England). The green light is on the left. The red light (right turn signal) is on the right. The guy recording this stopped because it looks like he needs to make a right turn. You can see the right arrow painted in his lane and there is a red right turn signal in the upper right corner of the screen after he comes to a stop. So, traffic from this point of view appears to have the green and the motorcycle ran the red. As Dennis Miller used to say on Saturday Night Live: "Of course, that's just my opinion. I could be wrong." https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q...7EC0&FORM=VIRE |
