I always cringe when I watch these vids and the bystanders start moving the victim about.

What if he had a broken back or neck?

Always to the extremes, either no one comes to the aid of the victim and just stand around videoing the scene and the injured person.
Or

They come to the victims aide, but start moving the victim around, letting them flop all over, possibly/likely, injuring the person more.

Of course there are times you need to step in and move someone out of harm, like someone trapped in a burning vehicle. Do whatever is needed to pull the person out. That's different.
