Shot Then Chopped.
Two guys in Brazil get shot and then chopped on. Backwards, if you ask me. But maybe the chopper showed up late for his shift, and the shooter got tired of waiting. It would go a long way explaining choppers apparent rush. This might be a repost, but after I lit it up some I didn't recognize any of it.   |

I bet they also don’t advertise their names. They also are dressed, not in shorts tank tops and flip flops. |
