The poster of the vid asks why the man being shot didn't recoil from the blast.And there are several reasons for this.Especially in this case where it appears to be a riot situation. yank wanker me thinks

Despite the barrel being sawed off,the blast from the gun sounds like a 20gauge and not a 12gauge.Also because this is a riot situation I am guessing that the size of the shot is either #6 or #8.

But yeah that guy is going to die.There were prolly 60 shot half the size of a B.B. inside that guys torso.

If I am correct, I think the story was something on the lines of the man was part of a hostage situation in that building and was trying to sneak out. I guess he thought he could fool the police, talk about backfire, or I should say, shotgun blast.
