A very good question. I always thought that when the bullets penetrated the chamber that contains the brain that all the cerobrospinal fluid would just flush out. Course, Im not medical, and with so many blood vessels in the head.... I just recently discovered many informative posts by hermantheshocker in the Death Pictures section about death injuries and post mortem activity. Very interesting and informative stuff . Im sure hes probably discussed all this before, I just havent gotten around to it yet.
