Ahhh...yes...V-fib gets them every time. I work in a cardiac cath lab and it never fails to amaze me how quickly people lose consciousness just seconds after the heart fibrillates.

about the 50 second mark it hits him and he knows something isnt right.... blacking out at 54 seconds...been there done that didnt die luckily
