Wow. That was super reckless on the officer's behalf. I mean, good for the cop and the courage he showed, but the thief already had a gun out pointed directly at the clerk. Some innocent folks very easily could have been shot in the struggle.

The accomplice is the one who fakes like he is interested in something at the register and then holds his hands up when he sees the officer with gun. Clearly he already knew what was happening.

you make a valid point.. The need to put that guy out was absolute. That armed robbing thief could have shot many others... I think the risk was worth it and it seems that it worked out in the favor of the good guy  |
