Shootout Between Mexican Gangs Results in At Least Three Deaths
Berriozábal, Chiapas state The authorities have not yet released any official statements on the shootout, but it was allegedly between members of the Sinaloa Cartel and the CJNG. One of the deceased, identified as Dr Popomeya, was shot in the head.
